Ruby is from Colombia, and her husband is from Brazil. Together, they have created a menu at Sal & Pimenta. You will be able to order the meat the way you wanted to be cook: medium, medium-rare, or well-done. You will also, find Picanha - that favorite Brazilian steakhouse meat -, Bacon-wrapped chicken, shrimp, and other meats will also be prepare on their grill.
Sal & Pimenta starts and ends with the two simplest and most important ingredients: salt and pepper. This culinary concept brings to life classic recipes of Latin America and showcases them on skewers.
