OUR STORY

After the success of their food truck, Rogerio and Ruby Tregnago decided in 2021 to turned Gaucho's Fire into a vendor at the Garage Food Hall. Later on, they chose to combine their South American roots into a new concept: Sal & Pimenta. Sal & Pimenta (which translates to salt and pepper) focused on kebabs / pinchos and fries. Ruby is from Colombia, and her husband is from Brazil. Together, they have created a menu at Sal & Pimenta. You will be able to order the meat the way you wanted to be cook: medium, medium-rare, or well-done. You will also, find Picanha - that favorite Brazilian steakhouse meat -, Bacon-wrapped chicken, shrimp, and other meats will also be prepare on their grill.
